Photoshop - Generative fill not working

Hi,
I'm getting the following error message when using the Photoshop 26.4.0 Generative fill tool

We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time.

The App is updated to the latest version, the firewall is not blocking it, I've already uninstalled and installed.

Can you help me to fix it?

I also tried installing and using previous versions, I checked. but the same error occurred. and Then I uninstalled it.
