Photoshop Generative Fill not working with Ethernet connection at full speed but works with wifi ?

Starting this week when adobe had the big freeze on startup, my generative fill stopped working with ethernet, but works with wifi.  Adobe agents can't figure it out. Windows 11.

Windows Defender was turned completely off and put out of loop for a test and still no go ethernet generative fill.

So stumped.

I would still check your Windows Defender settings to confirm Adobe, Firefly and Photoshop are white listed.

no i do not, internet work great at 800mbps on ethernet, just no go on and service connect error on generative fill.  Just did a factory reset on router to see if it would help. No help.  Have also rolled back photoshop and reinstalled then updated. No go. Waiting on Adobe senior support to call, but you know how that can go.

Yes, it's the same network. Hope someone can suggest a solution.
