Photoshop is stable during normal editing but intermittently crashes when using Topaz Gigapixel or Photo plugins, usually when processing finishes and the image returns to Photoshop.

Users normally upload System Ino to the forum.  You have to remember this is a user to user interface, and you won’t generally get help directly from an Adobe employee.  Can you tell us at least a bit about what you are using hardware/OS file size, bit depth etc.?

I am using Windows 11 and Topaz Studio, and I’d say I was a heavy user.  I can remember just one occasion when Topaz Photo UI seemed to freeze, but it came right in a minute or so.
