photoshop malfunction

Photoshop shuts down when attempting to put my edited images the cloud.  A repeated message that photshop suddenly shut down, then informs me to reopen. the same thing repeats.

Hi Dorian,

 

Sorry about the crash when saving your images to the cloud. Can you provide Photoshop's Help > System Info dialog text here in this thread?

Is this happening with all images? For instance a new document?

You could also try to reset the Photoshop preferences and see if that helps this save process for you: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#DeleteOnQuit

 

Give that a try and get back to us with more details when you can.
