Los programas no se conectan a internet, me pasa en Photoshop e Ilustrador, adjunto captura, no tengo problemas con mi internet, solo son estas aplicaciones

In addition to what Kevin said, try this:

Quit Photoshop and Relaunch. This resets the connection Photoshop has to the server.

Check your windows defender firewall settings and make sure Photoshop is listed and allowed.
