Photoshop not connecting to neural networks

When trying to use a neural network in photoshop beta, it gives an error: Cannot be performed due to problems with the network, although there are no problems

    Hi @Алекс30540957hb8p are you talking about Ps beta or Ps beta web? You have web selected as a topic and we want to make sure we understand what platform you are seeing this issue with.

    If you are talking about Ps beta desktop, do you mean Neural Filters? If so, what process are you trying to use?  Any screenshots and a description of your workflow would be helpful.
