Photoshop--The scrollbar in the lower end is not visible and i can not scroll the picture from left

Dallo die Scrollbar der von links nahc rechts scroll ist unter dem Bildschirmrand verschwunden und ich finde nicht heraus wie man den Photoshop hintergrund verkleiner kann.
