Photoshop window is locked in position

I found a solution for my situation (photoshop 2024 locked to the corner of the Windows 11 screen) in a different support thread:

metimes this happens when upgrading from Windows 10 to 11.

This seemed to resolve most issues with the snapping.
Try this:
in Windows 11 I had to enable "Show window contents while dragging"

1. Run (Win+R) SystemPropertiesPerformance.exe to open Visual Effects Performance Options.
2. In the Visual Effects tab, check (on - default) or uncheck  Show window contents while dragging for what you want, and click/tap on OK.

I am having the same issue. This only started happening when I updated to 2024. 

I'm having the same experience.  I have three monitors, can slide Photoshop over to any other monitor, but as I let go of the mouse button, Photoshop goes back to the originating monitor.   I'm geting quite ticked off.
