Je suis sous mac Os Monterey 12.7.6 dernière version possible pour mon iMac late 2015. J'utilise Photoshop 2025 et Beta2025 dernières versions. Elles se plantent sytématiquement (roue qui tourne indéfiniment puis gèle l'écran) après quelques manipulations avec l'Outil Supprimer mais à un degré moindre lors de l'enregistrement. J'ai suivi les recommandations pour améliorer les Performances en vain. Rédemarrage en appuyant sur le bouton Start de mon IMac. Merci pour vos précieux conseils. Jackson

Thank you @27844653 for the account email. It happens that customers on the forum use different emails than their subscriptions, we wanted to confirm and we have, again, thank you.

Your system is reaching the end of support so it is not uncommon to notice issues. As the Mac OS software updates come a long as well as Ps updates, older systems are dropped off the supported list.

When your system has crashed, did you send in the Crash Report along with your email? If not, please make sure to do so as we can track the crash to this information to better see the reason.

A few things to check in the meantime:

1. Make sure you system does meet the minimum specs: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html
2. Check to see if your GPU meets the requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html

@27844653 support is not 24/7 give them time to respond. If the serial number does not come back as valid, the email you provided should help.

Outside of that I did notice one oddity on your system report:

You have 16 GB of total RAM, but only ~3 GB available. Photoshop has a minimum requirement of 8 GB and even that is bare minimum. Anything less would cause the system to freeze altogether due to lack of RAM and require a hard restart.

Memory allocation of 13 GB doesn't matter when there is only 3 available.
