Hi @gisela31271529ssxm have you ever been able to use Ps beta Generative Fill or is this a new issue? You have a vailid account and should not have any issues, so we need to know if this is new or an existing issue.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @gisela31271529ssxm first, reinstalling the software is not a solution to the issue.

Also there should not be an urgency to this as the Generative Fill should only be used for personal use while testing, not Commerical work.

Second since this is a beta there can be disruptions to availability, there is no guarantee of access granted with the voluntary nature of participating in the beta. Generative Fill is a cloud based service so disruptions, while rare, can occur.
