Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

No dual monitors. I also just discovered that if I double-click on an image and it opens in Beta, the pop-up menus will NOT work. However, if I open Beta first by itself, then open an image from within or drag/drop onto the app icon, the menus will work. I was only able to copy the system info because I opened Beta without opening an image first. The System Info window would also not pop up when I had opened Beta with an image. At least now I can use it because I know what to do to make it work but it's still weird because that just started happening when I updated to the latest Beta a few days ago.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
