privacy on photoshopped images

hello 🙂 Just have a quick question about the privacy when using generative AI on my photos

As they are photos of children under 16 I want to make sure adobe cannot use any of my photographs in any circumstances.

Can anyone let me know if our photos are protected for non usage?
