probleme avec la barre de menu

Question

Bonjour, la barre de menu disparait, ce qui rend le travail impossible. Ce n'est pas possible de cliquer dessus

J'ai télécharger une version antierieur mais je ne peux pas aller plus loin que le 26.11, c'était fixé avant mais ça recommence

Haven't seen this be common amongst users, wonder if something is going on on your system or another software might be creating a conflict perhaps?

You might see if a preferences reset helps out:

Try the manual steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
