Hi @Oshans sachinthaka double check your options bar for the chain link between W and H values. They've recently changed the UI so its no longer a broken chain indication. If it's darkened/depressed its linked proportionate between W&H if its not darkened, its not proportionate. This overrides the Legacy Transform settings.

Hi @Oshans sachinthaka its been a while - what have you tried from the post? And what specifically is not working with it? Screenshots of your workspace with the scale active would be helpful.

Hi @Oshans sachinthaka could you share a video of your workflow so we can see what you are seeing?

Do you have the latest Ps beta installed? - Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230628.m.2223 0770f83 x64

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
