PS 25 and PS (Beta) 25 Incompatability?

Hi.
Never used this Forum before so please excuse any errors/blunders I may make.

Specifically, my Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC 2019 (x64) Version 1809 can run the latest v25.1 of PS Beta but not v25 of PS(i.e. PS 2024). Please the attached for clarification of what I have installed and what I can't install.
My question is straightforward... Why can I run the latest Beta but not the current full version? Am I going to be stuck with having to buy a new PC??

    Hi @michaelo25901337 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
    My first guess offhand is lack of HD space but the system info will help narrow it down.
