PS Beta 27.3.0 error displayed when using CTRL-ALT-Shift-E keyboard shortcut - Windows 11

Reporting this bug! In the latest PS Beta 27.3.0, there’s a bug where pressing the CTRL-ALT-Shift-E shortcut triggers an error instead of merging to a new top layer while keeping the history layers visible. This function worked fine in the previous Beta, and the current regular PS version 27.0.2 still works as programmed.
