PS Beta 27.8 — Dodge/Burn/Saturate Tools Default to 55% Opacity Without Warning

(MacOS) Beta 27.8 version of PS is arbitrarily changing the opacity of the Dodge/Burn/Saturate tools. I will set them to my personal default of 20% (using the ‘2’ key) and then when switching between tools or using another tool and then returning, it will have switched itself to a weird 55% opacity.  (This bug has been observed as “intermittent”)

I pretty much only use the Beta version of PS and rarely have issues. This is the 2nd bug spotted today in 27.8.
