Newbie - Can PS Beta create graphics and photolike images from a prompt like Pictory, or must you first have an image and ask PS Beta to modify it with a prompt?

Yes, you can create images from a prompt using a blank canvas. Or go directly to the source for more control: firefly.adobe.com
