PS (Beta) update fail

Question

I dont know why, but everytime I try to update PS (beta) it starts updating, goes to 1%, then says "update failed"

I don't know what to do. My account is current, and it says there is an update, but it fails day after day now 😞

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
