PS Beta Updates have bugs and glitches

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues with PS Beta? Since the most recent update, my photos open with a black sceen and you can work or see anything. Can someone please fix the issue?

I cannot find the settings part and when I look it up in PS it doesn't help.
