PS not working just binging!

I installed a beta version of PS now PS does not work in any form just bings when anything clicked on

I uninstalled beta no help unistalled PS, restart each time no joy. Otheriwse computer working OK with Office Edge ect.

    Try resetting the Camera Raw preferences:
    Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
    Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

    Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

    Does it work correctly? 

    If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

     

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
