PSD format unable to save with PSD created in desktop version.

When I open a PSD that was created on the desktop version, make changes and then try to "Share"+"Quick Export", I get an "Unable to save" error. Tried it with many types of PSD's that I created and all are the same result. However if I create a PSD in the web app and Share+Quick Export, everything works fine! I am using the web app in Chrome

Thank you for the update @terryr12862345 testing your workflow here works as expected, opening a Psd file created on desktop, then importing to Ps on web, adjusting image, then selecting Share>Quick export and a dialog box opens asking where to save the doc.

 

What happens if you use another supported browser, Edge?  Have you tried logging out and back in to CCD?

It happens in both share and export.

Hi @terryr12862345 sorry to hear this.

 

Was your screenshot from the Export workflow?  Could you share your steps with the team so we can try to reproduce here?  We need to understand if you were trying to Share or Export, becuase you do one or the other.
