Remove dust spots in a video using Photoshop

I would appreciate any advice on removing dust spots in a video using Photoshop Beta. I'm selecting the track in the timeline and, after selecting the spot, I'm trying to fill/generate it with the surrounding background, but it only applies to the current frame.

Given the excellent results I'm getting with images, I expected the AI to fill all frames in the same location automatically.

I know Photoshop might not be the "perfect" tool for this, but with the available tools, it should be easy to create this feature—or maybe it's already present, and I just can't find it.

Thanks in advance!

@MSSDedalus this is something being developed for Premiere Pro not Photoshop. I understand that PS is your available tool, but this would require you to edit each frame to remove the area even with current tools there is no motion tracking available in PS for video, again that would be After Effects or Premiere.

I just tried the usual trick with Video layers.  Make the layer a Smart Object and apply the effect.  The Dust & Scratches filter appears to have worked on all frames, and it didn't take forever to render.  Of course, Dust & Scratches is a very crude tool for cleaning frames, but the SO trick only works with the filters.  It's not an Ai super tool that tracks scratches frame by frame.  Worth a try though.

I just gave it a more severe test with Camera RAW, and it still worked rendering out at about two frames per second.

Thank you for the response. I suspected it wouldn't be possible with Photoshop, but it would have been an interesting option.

I am also looking for a similar tool as you mentioned. There must be an application working like photoshop for videos. Until now,  I could not find exactly what I want. There are many thing like neat video but still those are not what I have been looking for. If you have any news on that please let me know.
