remove tool components ne s'installe pas

Bonjour,

je ne parvien spas à utiliser l'outil supprimer les objets dans photoshop (beta) il me dit qu'il doit télécharger remove tool components. je regarde dans creative cloud desktop et je vois que le téléchargement s'arrete à 88%. Que faire pour installer remove tool components à 100 % et qu'il fonctionne svp ?

    @Dany324105292w2e your system does not meet minimum requirements which is why it wont install. You need Windows 10 v22h2 and your 750 ti does not support DirectX12 feature level 12 (only supports feature level 11).

    Vous commencez par me dire : "Please make sure Remove Tool Add-Ons are installed in the CC app."

    Mais… évidemment que " Remove Tool Add-Ons" n'est pas installé puisque c'est pour ça que je demande de l'aide  !.......

    J'ai essayé de donner tous les droits au dossier Adobe, mais ça ne change rien…

        Hace pocos dias adquiri una licencia de Adobe. He intentado instalar la version Beta (la oficial funciona bien) tanto en el Hogar como en la oficina y en ambos lados he tenido problemas de instalación. Voy a compartir una serie de capturas para ver si me pueden ayudar. 

        Dentro de Creative Cloud, bajo el area de APLICACIONES EN VERSION BETA, hay basicamente 2 areas: Aplicaciones de escritorio y Aplicaciones beta instaladas. Al comienzo no tenia ninguna en ésta última. Le daba en el boton INSTALAR de Photoshop (Beta), llegaba al 100%, subía luego al otro area y después se quedaba mucho tiempo con el mensaje de "Añadiendo Remove Tool Components" (dicho sea de paso, aqui en mi ciudad es muy lento el internet). Después de un buen tiempo, sale un mensaje con un punto rojo que dice: "Remove Tool components no se ha podido añadir". Al pulsar en ese mensaje sale otra ventana de Complementos de Photoshop (Beta) con un mensaje en rojo que dice "Error en instalación" y la opción Reintentar. Al pulsar en este mensaje en Rojo, sale un cuadro de dialogo con un titulo en rojo que dice NO ES POSIBLE AÑADIR EL MODULO y abajito dice: "No se puede mover el archivo. Cámbiele el nombre y vuelva a intentarlo. (código de error: 146).

        Buscando información en Adobe entendí (ojo no soy experto ni mucho menos) que se trataba de permisos de carpeta o algo así (también he de decir que al momento de instalar, tanto mi windows defender como el fierwall estaba desactivado) y lo que hice fue en windows, a toda la carpeta de Adobe que está en la ruta de C:\Program Files, le di boton derecho, Propiedades, pestaña Seguridad y le di Permitir en Control total...

        Después de eso en Creative cloude di en reintentar y no funciona.

        Hoy me salio un aviso de actualización en Creative Cloude sobre Photoshop Beta 25.1, le di actualizar y todo va bien, actualiza y todo y luego continua el proceso en "Añadiendo Remove Tools Components" para finalmente quedarse en el error que ya describí: "Remove Tools components no se ha podido añadir".

        Eso es todo cuanto tengo para informar... Les comparto a continuacion las capturas. Necesito ayuda experta por favor.. De antemano muchas gracias por la atención.

          There was a customer reporting they was seeing "Unable to use the tool". But doing the following solved the issue.
          Under the Users>Username>Library>Application Support there is a folder called "com.adobe.dunamis"
          Right click then select Get Info. Make sure the account has both Read & Write access. Restart the machine to make it effective.

              Bonjour, les dossiers sont bien présents, mais l'outil Remove Tool Add-Ons n'est pas installé dans CCD puisque c'est son installation qui pose problème (il s'arrête à 95 % de l'installation désormais..)  et dans Utilisateurs/Dany/  il n'y a pas de dossiers "Librairie"..

              Avez-vous d'autres suggestions svp ?
