Remove tool Failed

Photoshop Beta. Remove tool does not work. An error occurs immediately when using it.

Reinstalling, rebooting, etc. does not help

"Failed to load the required components. Restart Photoshop and try again.
If the problem persists, reinstall Photoshop."

Please try this: Unintall Ps beta, restart computer, Install latest Ps beta.  Let us know if you still have this issue.
