I jusat opened the beta version to test your issue, and found there was another update available.  Are you using the lasted version?  25.7 is updating while type this, but I did test before hitting the update buttong and it was working fine with an Intuos Pro Medium running 6.4.5-5

OK. Now running m.2573 and everything appears to be working. Windows 11 Pro 22631

I've tried everything I can think of to break it, but no luck.

Can you think of anything else that might be a clue?  It seems strange that this is tablet only, so I wouldn't have thought the Photoshop cared.
