Remove tool makes new layer automaticly 2025

When I use Remove tool after every click makes a new layer automaticly over background layer. Sometimes it's more than 50 unwanted layers when I realize because change to another tool.

@lugopicture Photoshop version 26.8 is still in Beta, try reporting the issue on the Photoshop Beta forum
