Rulers are overlaying the image in the middle of the canvas.

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit  Version: 10 10.0.19044.2130

While moving the program window from a 1920x1080 screen to a native 4K screen, I maximized the program to be able to preview resolution and color, the rulers I had been using on the 1920x1080 screen did not scale up and stayed on top of the canvas in the middle of the resized image.

I assume it should rescale correctly

when maximized to full extents of PS window.
