"save as" glitch

Photoshop BETA 24.7.0 - I will try to be very discriptive, I have 10 PS files epon (photographs) I duplicate a single layer make changes in the layer, and I do this for all 10 files, then I try to "save as" (option+command+s)in my key board, and ramdomly not all files fail to respond to the command, so for the ones that did not respond, I go to the manu "File-save as" and in the pop up winthow the saving options are just a few, because I want to save a regular JPGE, my only option is JPGE 2000, so I click on it and then I cancel the saving proccess, then I go back to my file and try the key board option again and boom!! back in business it is working normaly with all the options, so I did find my way arround, but I still wandering why 3 out of 10 files did that, if you have questions about this let me know thanks.
