Save photos in terrible quality

I use the latest version of Photoshop beta, and it saves images of this quality. This was not the case before the update

    Hi @Serafima32103470ytg3 this appears to be a corrupt file. What was your workflow, what steps did you do when this happened?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
