How do I save more than one out of the multiple generative fill results in one single generative fill operation?

I saved, closed and reopened a file and the alternatives seem to save just fine: 

 

What are you actually trying to achieve?

I don't understand exactly what you mean, but you can choose only one of the results to insert it into your picture.

If this isn't the answer for your question, please describe more detailed what you're trying to do.

Thanks! i was trying to choose more than one result to save as two different images based on one operation. It won't do it.

I am not sure if this is what you mean, but you could duplicate the Layer and select the other alternative.
