Scripting Listener Plug-in for macOS

hardware: Apple M2 MacbookPro -   Ventura 13.2.1 

I downloaded and installed this them mac 2020 version of Scripting Listener Plug-in:

copyed the plugin into the right foldern an restarted photoshop.

but no loggfile appears on the desktop. Any clue?
