Select and Mask Properties Panel not visible

 When I use the  Select and Mask feature in PS Beta, the properties panel is not visible.   I have tried "Workspace... Reset Select and Mask" but that doesn't help.  I don't know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.   The panel appears automatically in PS2024.  Can anyone help?  Thank you.
