Select subject error

I just loaded the latest version of Photoshop Beta 25.5 m.2464 and the select subject tool isn't working.

• Select Subject is not a Tool in your Tools panel.
  It's a command in Select menu > Select Subject.

• Your screenshot shows you have the Quick Selection tool selected
