Selective Color now defaults to Blue, not Red...

Since I can remember Selective Color defaults to Red as default.

Since Beta 28.0 it now defaults to blue. 

I use this all the time and I have to click on red to change it.

It’s an extra step and it bothers me.

I couldn't find a way to save as defaults like on other tools.
