shapes not generating

Hey Corey / Adobe Team, I meant to write this as well.
These are the steps that I took to create: butterflies.
1) opened an image
2) choose a shape: butterflies
3) flattened the shapes
4) selected the shapes
5) opened generate image
6) Prompt: colourful butterflies
7) results

The results gave a series of smaller butterflies. Technically yes I got butterflies. In a previous prompt, the generated image provided a large butterfly or butterfly that fit the shape.

Hi @Oh.N8 not sure we understand the process.  If you use the rectangle marquee tool, a selection, the use GenFill with prompt of butterfly, it seems to work as expected.  You are using a shape tool, then rastorizing, THEN making a selection of that rasterized shape....?  Trying to follow your flow so we can repeat it and see what might be happening.  Screenshots and exact steps are very helpful, thank you.
