Spinning wheel of death every time a file is opened in the last version of Photoshop Beta 27.2

Question

On a M4 Max 128 MB Ram MacBook Pro after the last update most of the time I open a file whether large or small I get the wheel of death spinning sometimes for some 30 seconds and sometime longer too.

Hi @Daniel Cilia could you share some more info on this? Does it also happen in Ps release version with the same file or just Ps Beta?

1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac) 

C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Yes once I resetting Prefs for the Beta the spinning wheel is not showing up anymore. I file opens immediately or is accessed right away.

Thanks, it was wasting a lot of time. Sometime it took a minute for the spinning wheel to go away and I could start to work on the file.
