Strange viewport behavior

Hi @dbrigleb could you share your workflow when you see this, what steps are you doing when this happens?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

BTW, there's been an updated but the issue persists.

I should add that this happens in the beta version.

Also, if I launch then close the release version and then call PS from LR beta launches and this doesn't happen.
