Student Adobe Certification Test Retake?

My daughter is a senior in highschool. She is in her second year of Adobe classes. She was informed that she did not pass the certification test her junior year for Photoshop, and that this could keep her from graduating. Is there a way that she can retake her certification the test online? Can anyone help in this endevour? 

They are stating that the video editing certification that she will take this year will be sufficient, but if she fails that test again can she retake that test? Is there only one test available per seated license, per year?
