I just started a trial, edited an image, uploaded my second image, and now it says that a subscription is required and is not letting me edit any more images.

Hi @Megan258396800jkr,

 

Sorry about the confusion. It looks like your account has both a Teams log in and Personal log in and you started the subscription on the Personal log in. 

 

Can you confirm that you're signed into Photoshop on the web using your Personal account?
