i have the adobe creative cloud all apps plan but photoshop wont let me make new files, saying that i need to subscribe to it

      Hi @default304048003m5o8r we see your subscription is active and should work just fine.  Could you share your workflow, what are you trying to do with Ps on the web? Please share any screenshots or videos of what you are seeing.
