Super glitchy, keeps crashing and changing things without being told to.

Working away, just trying to save a file. Big glitch, everything has moved, top line on screen with all command icons etc has simply disappeared. Other functions/windows have all moved and I have no way to get back to where I was or complete what I was doing.  v25.10
