The brightness dips then comes back when moving to differen't layer. Only on Beta version

When using photoshop Beta, the screen brightness dips and then comes back when selecting different layers etc. Only started with Beta updates (27.11). Seems that 27.9.1 Photoshop works okay.

  • Update to the latest Ps Beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.11.0 20260812.m.3635 1bbb32d  arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)
  • Share your workflow, what steps you are going through when you see this, along with screenshots or the sample file to try to recreate this issue.
  • Your system information: Help/System Info.  copy and paste here.
