The Export As windows is not working (27.8 m.3559).

What's happening: This beta includes a significant under-the-hood update to how dialogs like Export As are rendered. While this update brings long-term performance improvements, some users are experiencing issues where the Export As window may not respond properly or fail to open.

Things to try:

1. Restart Photoshop — if you've been working for a while, a fresh restart may resolve the issue.
2. Reset Preferences — hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Cmd+Option+Shift (Mac) while launching Photoshop and confirm when prompted.
3. Try Quick Export As PNG — as a temporary workaround, you can use File > Export > Quick Export as PNG to continue exporting your work while we address the full Export As dialog.

To help us investigate further, could you clarify:

1. Does the Export As window open at all, or does nothing happen when you select File > Export > Export As?
2. If it opens, what specifically isn't working (e.g., settings not responding, export button not functioning, preview not loading)? Is it possible to share screenshots or a video of what your process is when this happens?
3. Does restarting Photoshop temporarily fix the issue?
