I am tempted to ask if you have a decent internet connection, but here you are on the forum.

Are you on a network perhaps?  Is this an education or Enterprise version?  Note: I have no idea if that is valid, but I am trying to think what you @Joshua315642947052  and @dmsaudio  have in common?

I tried to break it, but the only way I could make it greyed out was by disabling the GPU in Preferences.  I guess you should both check to make sure that’s not what is going on, but I suspect you’d know because so much else would no be working.

So for me, it turned out to be the “Use Graphics Processor” was turned off (thanks Trevor).  I turned this off a month or two ago to get rid of another problem...which escapes me now, but I turned that setting on restarted PS Beta and it worked.

Same here on my Mac (sequoia 15.7.9). Beta 27.12  Relight layer greyed out no matter what I do.  Called CS...no help.  Anyone that had this happen figure out how to get it to work?
