The problem of keyboard shortcuts remains in Beta version 25.12

Automatic opening of the palette - Background color, I wrote it down on the "K" key

When updating versions higher than version - 25.10.0, this keyboard shortcut - "K" does not work

The same problem exists in the main new version of Photoshop 25.11

And also, any keyboard shortcut that I wish to write to this function does not work

Yes, the Frame tool shortcut has been blanked out to allow the 'K' key to be assigned to the Color Picker.

And this setting works in "Beta 25.12.0 20240728.m.2716" but not in "Version: 25.11.0 20240716.r.706".

Yes! This is driving me nuts. I use the "K" key as well, and it just stopped working. For now, I've swithed over to the Beta and that seems to be working. Really hoping Adobe gets this fixed in the next update.

Photoshop Beta 25.12.0 has multiple sub-versions.
All of the following are 25.12.0.

20240710.m.2694

20240714.m.2698

20240722.m.2708

20240724.m.2711

20240728.m.2716

The current latest version is "25.12.0.20240728.m.2716", but I'm not sure when the bug that prevents shortcuts from being set in Color Picker was fixed.

Thanks a lot, Friend!!!! It was only strangely updated to 25.12 as soon as the update was released. Nothing worked. It's working now! And it's wonderful! Thank you all for your help!

Here is the default for the Mac beta 0716 release:

I still see K assigned to the Frame tool.

and I can still reassign to the Background or Foreground color picker:

You have to accept the conflict and it changes.

And same in beta 25.12.0 20240714.m.2698

Ill try updating to the 716 release as Corey mentioned and see if it changes.

The "K" key shortcut set for Background Color Picker (Foreground Color Picker ?) in Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.12.0 20240728.m.2716 works fine.

If you haven't tried this version yet, give it a try.

Also, as you said, it doesn't seem to work on Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.11.0 20240716.r.706.

@marinay95740358 reset your keyboard shortcuts to start then try customizing your set. K is the default for the Frame tool.
