"Time to Update Window"

In PS Beta even after you update there is a woindow that is interfering with using tools quickly. Its says "Time to Update" but I already updated, and restarted my computer. There is no way to remove this window and it is a huge inconvenience. Its blocking quick action tabs I have set up for faster working.
