Unable to export PSD

Thank you for the update @Heather293894180yc5, curious the workflow...

Are you creating the .psd on desktop, then trying to open in Ps web or did you create the file on Ps web? Is the file in question a .psd or a .psdc (cloud doc)?

Yes, I've tried Edge and Chrome, both browsers are the latest versions as of 14/04/23.

I'm running a Windows 11 desktop above the minimum specs required. The PSD doc is over 800mb so it may just be too big? It can download all other formats except for PSD. It just tries to generate the preview once I hit download, then says Unable to export with no other details. I can work around it but unsure why it may be failing otherwise unless it's a size issue.

Hi @Heather293894180yc5 sorry to hear this. Have you had this issue with all files you try to export or just one? Have you tried another supported browser, same issue?

Could you share a screenshot of the error or a video of your workflow so the team can see what you see?
