Unable to Nest anything in Premier Pro Beta v 25.2

I am unable to Nest anything (selection is greyed out).

I have tried the following:
- Clear Cache
- Create New Project
- Update Premiere
- Update Computer
- Restart Computer

Nothing resolves the issue. Anyone have a fix?

Is a problem with the new update, downgrade to 25.1 version (older version), it should work until they fix the new version
