Unable to Toggle Artboards in the Layers Palette

According to my Creative Cloud, my Photoshop Beta updated today to 25.0.0 and I can no longer toggle the artboards in the layers palette. I keep them all closed to keep my layers palette neat and the only way to open them right now is to right-click on a layer in the actual artboard. I rebooted and restarted the program multiple times, but nothing changes. This is a major speed bump in my workflow...anyone else have this problem and might there be a workaround? I am on Windows 11.

    CAN SOMEONE FROM ADOBE PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. MY GOD IT IS ANNOYING, WHAT A USELSS SET OF DEVELOPERS.

    Noticed problem today after updating PS Beta yesterday. Verified that this isn't the case in regular PS and that works as expected. I reset settings and preferences file too but problem still persists. Uninstall/reinstall didn't work either. No workaround as of yet. I submitted a bug report with my findings. Maybe submitting one too will help raise importance to fix.
